What is Optislim?

Optislim is a meal replacement program which includes a range of low calorie bars, shakes and soups. Originally marketed in Australia, Optislim has now drawn its attention to the UK market where it is currently available to buy from selected Lloyds pharmacies.

How does the Optislim diet work?

Optislim and other meal replacement programs like it, claim to help you lose weight by restricting both your food choices and daily calorie intake by using their own line up of nutritionally balanced products.

In the initial stages of the Optislim meal replacement plan, three of your regular daily meals should be replaced by either a shake, bar or soup with an advisory 2 cups of vegetables and 2 litres of water per day. Read the rest of this entry

Lean Body Meal Replacement shakes & Charlize Theron

What are Lean Body shakes?

The Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron has always kept in shape and has recently revealed she owes her slim figure to a daily diet of 6 small healthy meals per day.

In a recent interview Charlize also explained that she never deprives her self of certain foods, "if I fancy a burger I will just have a quarter of one, rather than deprive myself altogether."
