Quick Trim review

kim-khloe-kardashian-quick-trim-img3Back in 2009 Khloe Kardashian exposed her new trim figure on the front cover of the celeb mag Life&Style. She explained in her article that she dropped a staggering 20lbs in a mere month, simply by exercising an hour each day, 5 times per week and sticking to a sensible, healthy diet plan.

However, a few months after Khloe's interview was published, she updated her own website and corrected her earlier weight loss claims.

The Kardashian diet

In fact Khloe said she owed most of her success to the use of a range of diet supplements made by GNC, known as Quick Trim. It is unfortunate that her memory failed her on the day of the interview with Life&Style, and we think maybe this could be an unknown side effect of using Quick Trim!

Khloe, and now her sister Kim Kardashian (who also apparently owes her diet success to Quick Trim) have recorded a series of TV commercials, and heavily feature Quick Trim products on their websites.

While both sisters are clearly being endorsed by the manufacturer, it’s the new levels of low which some celebs will go that is most surprising. Most of the adverts which feature Khloe and Kim look remarkably like late night chat line ads!

Does Quick Trim actually work?

Quick Trim is made up of 4 components, which include a 14 day burn and cleanse, a 48 hour cleanse, sculpting gel and an 8 hour formula which claims to burn calories 300 percent faster. However, none of these products have been evaluated by the FDA and many feature caffeine as the stimulant of choice.

kim-khloe-kardashian-quick-trim-img2We review a lot of fat burners here at diet-reviews and always come to the same conclusion - while metabolism boosters do have their place in the supplement industry, they are the most prone to side effects, and withdrawals by the FDA.

The recently banned and best selling Hydroxycut is a prime example, thought to be responsible for up to 17 deaths in the US alone.

While GNC is a respected and reputable company, they have not provided any clinical trials or FDA evaluation. If the product is as good as they say it is, these wouldn't be too hard to obtain. For now however, it seems they would rather spend the money on celebrity endorsements.

Go for clinically proven diet products

Our advice is that if you want to supplement your diet to enhance weight loss, choose products which are clinically proven to work, and which offer the lowest chance of adverse reactions. Many dieters find that products which limit the amount you want to eat offer far better results than ones which elevate heart rate and metabolic processes.
