What is Optislim?
Optislim is a meal replacement program which includes a range of low calorie bars, shakes and soups. Originally marketed in Australia, Optislim has now drawn its attention to the UK market where it is currently available to buy online from Lloyds Pharmacy.
How does the Optislim diet work?
Optislim and other meal replacement programs like it, claim to help you lose weight by restricting both your food choices and daily calorie intake by using their own line up of nutritionally balanced products.
